Maximiliano Pereyra, 25, and Ariel Diaz, 28, spent a week dressed as sheep in Argentina.
The couple escaped from a prison and were not recognized dressed as the animal and joined the other real sheeps on a farm.
According to the Argentine press, thieves tricked about 300 policemen who were in the search area.
Residents of La Almeda recognized the dual one week after the escape. They were seen running through the fields holding the costume. Pereyra and Diaz were arrested surounded by many sheep from a farm in Saladillo.
Local police declined to comment on the case.
